We have an obligation to protect our merchants and partners and their data and privacy. Based on what has transpired to date, it is unreasonable and unprofessional for Shift4 to seek to access the

Can you get me the 2018 total credit card processing volume at Card Connect and First Data and forecast
for 2019? I also assume Card Connect = Bolt = Bluepay, right? I’d also like to know the e-commerce
volume. If you could export it into a spreadsheet, that would be ideal. 65% of our volume is e-
commerce but maybe that’s not the norm.

Also, are you able to get a good read on total payment volume within ‘fintech’ type companies that
would derive revenue from a payment facilitator model such as Toast, Mindbody, Shopfiy, etc.. and the
various ISVs integrated into Card Connect?
