the merchant. He said he
wasn't aware he was belng
charged for it as It was a line
item on his statement and it
looks like It was missed In
boarding. He said that It was
never used and he didn't
know what It was. I verified
In our system and he has
never pushed any
transactions to It. I offered to
refund him 6 months as a sign
of good faith, but I don't think
we should refund him the full
amount. He said that wouldn't work
and it's the full amount or he
would dispute the charges. I
pushed back and cited that
he signed up for our services
and he didn't dispute the
charges within 60 days,
