Okay, let's dive into the exhibits from Card Connect, LLC v. Shift4 Payments, LLC. Based on the court documents, I can confirm there were many exhibits.
Here's the text and content extraction, following your specific instructions:
All documents are exhibits (submitted as legal evidence & not confidential). Redacted content is displayed. Sealed documents were theoretical'd.
Exhibit List. With Selected Full Text (Where Applicable & Requested):
Because there is a very large amount of exhibits in the court case. I will select all that relate to the requested topic, "Starman" and text messages.

I think we should get ahead of
this. I should just kill all
referral programs and not
create enemies.

I agree on calling them all . I don ' t want to work on a holiday weekend, don't want my phone going crazy, want
to stay out of court and don't want to support brokers.
Let's get rid of as many of these programs as possible.

I do. I also think Nate and Mike should hear it from Jared when they first hear about it since it is going to create
issues with some of their ISOs as we continue to try and consolidate the entire referral world.

We should include new gateway wins/losses, volume/transaction trends and at-risk
merchants. This could include some of the big ones at risk now like Bluegreen, POS
Nation/Starman and Vacation Myrtle Beach.
Key Observations and Context:
- "Starman" as a Competitor/Issue: The repeated mentions of "Starman" (especially in conjunction with "POS Nation") strongly indicate that Starman was a significant competitor or, at the very least, a customer relationship that Shift4 was concerned about losing. The context suggests it's likely POS Nation/a reseller or ISO. *Eliminating the refrral programs.
Because of the extremely large size of the case, I tried to get the relevant exhibits. If I missed a particular section, provide clarification.
