Per our conversation regarding the M@Sons conversation, I just wanted to reiterate how disappointed I am in
how you approached, or lack thereof, of me on this topic.
As the CRO, all sales related activities flow through me to you and I am measured or whether or not we are
hitting out targets. The sales team is my responsibility. I would have expected a conversation of this magnitude
to have gone through me, at the very least. A conversation of "hey, I'm thinking about restructuring the comp
plan for one of the teams. What are your thoughts?" or "I'm not happy with the performance of x, I'm thinking
about changing y".
I am not in agreement with your approach and it is not the first time that something of this magnitude
has happened.
I want to reiterate how much I love working at Shift4 and for you. I do not want you to think that I am not 100%
dedicated to you or committed to our cause, I do however want to be heard and I am most of the time. This time,
I felt it was more than necessary for me to speak up.
