that our sales partners are demanding to be released. I do recall, however, that CardConnect’s most
successful reseller, Sekure, was terminated with cause (prior to Shift4’s acquisition) as a result of its
misconduct (charging merchants fees without their consent) and that all other partners were offered a
continuation agreement. I also recall you making the decision to remove Sekure’s access to Parasails (while I
was out on maternity leave - after agreeing that no action would be taken in my absence) despite me
repeatedly telling > you that doing so would be detrimental.
I am happy to discuss my objections if you’d like but would like to set the record straight.
