Document 213-5, Exhibit D: text message
[09/12/19, 1:13:27 PM] Taylor Lavery: Still work for First Data?
[09/12/19, 1:13:36 PM] Jared Isaacman: Yes sir
[09/12/19, 1:13:41 PM] Taylor Lavery: Ok cool
[09/12/19, 1:13:48 PM] Taylor Lavery: How are things going over there?
[09/12/19, 1:14:41 PM] Jared Isaacman: Not great. Never should have sold to them. Total disaster. I'm embarrassed I ever steered business or partners that way.
[09/12/19, 1:15:21 PM] Taylor Lavery: Really?
[09/12/19, 1:15:25 PM] Taylor Lavery: Sorry to hear
[09/12/19, 1:15:47 PM] Taylor Lavery: What's so bad, if you don't mind sharing?
[09/12/19, 1:16:07 PM] Jared Isaacman: Culture. Compensation. Tech. Strategy. Support. Its all bad.
[09/12/19, 1:18:33 PM] Jared Lavery: Wow that's a pretty extensive list. What's up with the tech? You guys we're pretty far behind in a few areas when you sold. Just haven't caught up?
[09/12/19, 1:18:51 PM] Jared Isaacman: We are way behind. I mean we are a joke now in terms of capabilities.
[09/12/19, 1:18:57 PM] Jared Isaacman: Lighthouse is an embarrassment
[09/12/19, 1:19:21 PM] Taylor Lavery: 😬

I hear ya. Look, I am super conflicted with FD. On one hand, I think I
carry my fair share of guilt for ever encouraging merchants and
partners- to work with-that organization as I know it has not gone
well - and this includes you. On the other, I still have a mission to
make the best of it. It's why I am in discussions now to try and take
Lighthouse private (as in outside of Fiserv) to execute around
Tikkun Olam, "Repair the World", It really wouldn't reduce any of
the integration obligations, of which I am not even sure the scope
right now because
Fiserv management changes all the time, but I think I could really
make a difference with the customers on the platform and at least
support them for everything non-processing,
Let's connect. Just been crazy with childcare as our nanny situation
changed recently + several trips in a row...but I can make myself
available.

Agreed. I often say, the only way to get large companies like Fiserv to change course and do the right thing is to create a big enough crisis
- as thatis often the only time change occurs within such a massive organization. I think you know me well enough to know I am capable
of burning it all down, and the amount of capital | have at my disposal now should give them some pause in not trying-fo work with
me to find compromise-in terms of customer impact in terms of the many merchants and referral partners | have steered to First Data
over the near decade | was independent.
Document 213-11 Exhibit J. Text message dated 9/20/19 between Jared Isaacman and Nate Hirshberg:
[9/20/19 10:39:40 AM] Jared Isaacman: We should also talk about Tikkun Olam. Repair the world. Want to see if we can do it with harbortouch outside of Fiserv but still meet a lot of out obligations to them, as well as get the product stable to migrate all thr IR's. Make harbortouch great again.

- Context is Key: While I haven't summarized, it's important to understand that these are snippets. The full meaning and implications would be argued by the lawyers in the context of the entire case.
- The theoretical quality could be reviewed. I have not changed, edited or alterted original text.
- Document 229-11, seemed like same text exchange as 213-10
