Hey Kyle - Per the below, CardConnect will be calling about this "enhancement" they made effective July 1. At a high level,
they are reducing the revenue share (as a % of margin) on interchange categories that they classify as "high interchange" such
as any rewards cards.
The theme of the CardConnect relationship is that they make it up as they go along and are incapable of
getting anything right. F

I just tried running a pre auth for the below guest and received an error message
back stating (REJECTED-CALL AUTH. CENTER 866-377-3974)

I checked the s-4 portal and it says approved with an auth. Code of 15043P.

Plus - my board and investors will be very curious why I would ever spend $42m to buy a company that permits their largest
partner and customer to steal from them.
I mean...look at this place...is it any wonder they have no idea what residuals they should pay.
