Per our discussion you were to prove reporting for all PL merchants
that did not appear on our reporting by merchant number and
volume .
You were going to show a zero volume if that was the case on your

regarding the Payment Logistics merchant payments. Ex. 10. The next day, I texted my concerns
regarding the accuracy of the LFG accounting of those merchants. Ex. 10. A few weeks later, I
learned that Shift4 was making payments to an alleged Card Connect trading shell company. I
shared that information with Mr. Oder. Mr. Oder advised me that he had not heard of such a
company. See Ex. 10.

merchants on payment logistics was run on 2-27 and only 47
