SHIFT4 PAYMENTS
Merchant Statement Stuffing Program During the week of October 9, 2017, Shift4 will be launching a
statement stuffer program targeting all CardConnect merchants.
• These stuffers will be placed in every merchant statement, ensuring
100% of the CardConnect base receives our message.
• These stuffers will highlight the CardConnect/First Data
breaches, the "misleading" PCI program and all of the hidden fees
charged to their merchants.
• They, also, will include a call to-action for merchants to call a special
toll-free number that will be dedicated to this program.
• All calls will be routed directly to Sales Ops so they can collect as
much information as possible and forward to the appropriate rep.
• We expect this to generate significant leads, as well as damage
CardConnect/First Data's reputations in the marketplace.

Jared Isaacman:
Any follow up on the call? I think the stuffer on PCI assist is great/compelling to merchants. The class action suit that is meritless is
misleading to include and dumb.
3:57 PM

Taylor Lauber:
Ok I'll have that removed can you call me in 15
3:58 PM

Jared Isaacman:

Any feedback on the call Friday?
11:13 AM

Jared Isaacman :
Yea. I thought the stuffer should absolutely not
include the class action lawsuit stuff. That is so
misleading and frivolous anyway. I also don't think we
need to spend money on a dedicated 800#.
11:15 AM

Brian Ward:
Sounds good, thanks.
