It is truly amazing you could put an announcement out like this in the middle of a national emergency. Absolutely abhorrent.

I can only assume you are staring at massive merchant attrition and a collapsing business. Still, the lack of situational awareness to distribute an
announcement like this now is stunning. As a result, I am going to make it my own daily announcement.

I am willing to cover all costs for the merchant to switch from CardConnect to Shift4. I will pay for any applicable termination fees in their CardConnect
merchant agreement, put them on a superior platform with no out of pocket.

I will make addressing every bullet in your announcement my mission for the remainder of the year. The fact you even suggested those were a problem is
appalling.

You should be ashamed of yourself.

    Shez -I was really just going to move on to my next initiative after my last exchange w Kevin, but I can't. You are too good of people to
    be dragged down with the rapidly deteriorating situation at CardConnect. I know every day must be agony.

   I also know you only have a few months left before your two years is up at Fiserv so you can't be there much longer. You have maintained
   your integrity throughout two acquisitions - which is impressive- and have earned the respect of many people throughout our industry. I
   would just encourage you to not let the last few months hurt your valuable reputation.

   You should know, and I guess Kevin too, I received calls from three large CardConnect ISO's since my email last wednesday. They aren't
   happy. They feel abandoned, misled, and want out. Their words - not mine. I also heard two of your top 5 merchants have moved or are in
   the late stages of negotiations to move their business - which is pretty consistent with massive attrition and the collapsing business
    comment I made to Kevin last week.

    I want to reiterate. I will cover the costs of any merchant to depart CardConnect now. No catch. 100% of the costs. I will also work
   directly with any ISO who wants to transition their merchants to Shift4.

    I'm in this business for the long haul. It's all I do. I expect I will work with, partner or compete against you at some point in the future. I
   just want to be sure you finish out however much time is left at CardConnect with your reputation in tact [sic]. You have always conducted
   yourself with integrity and I respect that.
