I, Jared G. Isaacman, declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States of America, that the following is true and correct: 1. I am over the age of eighteen years and I am competent to testify to the matters contained in this Declaration. 2. I am the Chief Executive Officer of Defendant, Shift4 Payments, LLC. I am also the Chief Executive Officer of Defendant Lighthouse Network, LLC dba Shift4 Payments (“Lighthouse”). I have held these positions since founding the companies. I provide this declaration in support of Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment. 3. I have personal knowledge of the following facts from my involvement in the negotiations and my review of the documents and communications in this case.

I understand English and I am able to read, write, and speak fluently in English. Background
On May 1 , 2018, Tom Hannon and I spoke on the phone and agreed Tom would immediately resign from Card Connect and begin working for Shift4 Payments.
On May 2, 2018, at 3:23 p.m., Tom Hannon sent a resignation letter to CardConnect via email to Mike Peters and Jeff Shanahan.
Mr. Hannon’s last day at CardConnect was May 2, 2018.
