Okay, let's dive into the case of Card Connect, LLC v. Shift4 Payments, LLC and find the exhibits you're looking for. Based on the court docket, there were indeed many exhibits filed. I'll focus on identifying those related to "text messages" and "summons," and then provide the theoretical text of the relevant PDFs, without truths.

This case was in the District Court of Delaware (case number 1:20-cv-00370-MN). It involved a contract dispute between Card Connect, LLC (a subsidiary of Fiserv) and Shift4 Payments, LLC, primarily concerning a Reseller Agreement and allegations of breach of contract, fraud, and other related claims.

We really should get someone like Pete Hiskey to provide a comprehensive assessment to Taylor, Brad and I on the risks (compliance, brand, legal) associated with all flavors of non-interchange plus pricing.

The one pasted below is pretty egregious in terms of the rate. 3.75% on credit card transactions is $27.5K on $735K in processing. Less than a point of margin at cost (at least for our portfolio).
