That's great news.
I'm sorry you felt threatened ... but you should never be surprised when Jared is upset that
we don't have a product demo ready when he asks for one . You knew he was pushing
really hard to get something done by Thanksgiving and you had to know he would ask for a
demo the one weekend we have before then. I hope to get some time with you tomorrow
as I leave Monday afternoon.
And yes, it has been my ongoing nightmare to keep demons from distracting my
development teams but I will do a better job protecting the HT team from here on.

Dave,
Just to clarify, no one told me there was a demo scheduled for tomorrow. Jared called
and told me to have everyone show up in the war room at the Pamplemousse office.
When I told him that the team members who are in Vegas (myself included) were
flying all day long, he flipped out. It never feels good to be threatened with termination...
That said, I gave Nate a heads up about a potential demo. We've all been busting our asses
to make this demo the best one that Jared has seen to date. There have been a lot of
interruptions and distractions, so we've been doing the best we can.
