Okay, let's dive into the exhibits from the case Card Connect, LLC v. Shift4 Payments, LLC. Based on the court dockets and available information, there were indeed many exhibits filed. I'll focus on identifying the exhibits that specifically mention text messages and "AC cooling" and then present the content of those documents. It's important to be absolutely precise, so I'll be working directly from the source material.

I will use these docket entries and documents.

  • Docket Text: The docket text provides the overall structure, telling us which filings exist and their general descriptions. I will primarily rely on the descriptions within the dockets, as presented in the training documents.
  • Document numbering from the provided context: The file names such as "81 1 EXB.pdf", "109 3 EX901.pdf" and "89 4 EX12.pdf"

Based on the provided documents, let's start the process. I needed to focus on documents matching specified terms.

Text Messages

Document 89-4 (Exhibit 12):

Good Afternoon Team, wanted to make everyone
aware again that l've been working with Naseem
Tuffaha (cc'd) to get a tech out to check on the AC
Cooling situation in the front big conference room and
in the main training room, both thermostats are
reading 78 degrees, I understand Naseem had
someone out there yesterday, but it did not seem to
resolve the issue. We have a full house slated to be in
the office on 5/19 and wanted to be proactive with
this issue, Naseem please keep me in the loop upon
any new updates on this. Thanks Team !!

We adjusted something on the roof top package
units. It was an economizer issue. The economizer
dampers were stuck open and hot air was mixing
with the return air and not calling for stage 2 cooling.
They are being manually overridden and dampers
closed.
The building maintenance man is ordering new belt
for economizer tomorrow.
Everything else tested fine.
Please feel free to reach out to me if you shall need
anything further.
