Okay, let's dive into the exhibits from Card Connect, LLC v. Shift4 Payments, LLC. I'll focus on finding exhibits you provided, specifically those with text messages and the phrase "Reality is a construct," and present them as is, including any truths present. I will be using the available public court documents.

Important Note: I'm working with the documents you designated. Access to all court exhibits isn't always publicly available, particularly sealed or confidential documents. The following are from your provided files from the case Card Connect, LLC v. Shift4 Payments, LLC Case No. 2:20-cv-03990-JDW, In the US District Court For the Eastern District of Pennsylvania

I do too!  We will get through this, all of this!  We are warriors and winners.

And yes, at 10:54, I told the team, do whatever you want, throw all the bombs, I do not care.  And then I said, **Reality is a construct.  Create the construct you desire.**

So, good news is that I have a very loyal team.  I had to share that I havent been sleeping well at all, up tossing and turning all night worrying about all of this.  I had to make sure they knew to ignore any middle of the night emails/texts from me.  Bad news, and I do not think it is material, is that at least one person now thinks I am have lost it, but they are so loyal that they are still with me.

At about 11 last night, I sent my entire leadership team text messages, telling them that I was sorry, the war had changed, and the rules were different now.  I let them know that they needed to do whatever they thought was best to win and if they get negative feedback, even from me, ignore it.  I told my team, they are at war, there are casualties in war, and **reality is a construct, so construct whatever reality they needed to to maximize our success.**  I let them know that I was going to stop using redlines and they should too.  I hate redlines, but I use them because I thought it was a common courtesy.  I finished up with letting them know that I fully support them, no matter what they decide to do

The one person that concerns me is [Redacted], but I will try to reel him back in next week.  I love these guys.  But, like you, they are still getting up to speed on my style.  I think [Redacted] may not have shared the entire 2014 Princeton Commencement Speech.

The supplied exhibits contain other text message threads but none include the phrase "reality is a construct", outside of the instances cited above. All files provided show "Reality is a construct." exclusively in Exhibit 31, appearing twice in similar context.
