Okay, let's break down the request and then I'll present the relevant exhibits from Card Connect, LLC v. Shift4 Payments, LLC. The core of your request is to:

Subject: CardConnect One - Call Process
Rod,
See below notes from Steve Sommers that were sent to me. I fully support the conference call process.
I understand the need for a CardConnect One process different than what we currently do for other gateways.
I have stated on numerous calls/meetings that the existing gateway process creates a great deal of extra work for CardConnect conversions. The current
gateway process forces us to touch the merchant twice.
I have no issue with CardConnect doing the conference calls(preferred method by me). I simply request the following:
• CardConnect must have properly skilled and trained tech support personal participate and lead the calls. I cannot continue to have my TSMs
constantly complaining about how bad the CardConnect resources are on these calls. If my TSMs are going to participate in the calls, then
CardConnect must provide a minimum Level 2 Support resource to lead the process.
• We all realize that these calls, at times, require lengthy troubleshooting which is fine assuming we are using this process to mitigate dual
touches to the merchant and we have skilled resources working to resolution.
• CardConnect should provide a daily report recapping the number of attempted calls, completed calls and issues.
I am confident the number of cases opened would be reduced if we improved the conference call communication, process and expectations.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you
Randy

Subject: CardConnect One - Call Process
Randy- Per our conversation. Per J D the Card Connect One process will be a conference call.
These are conversions of existing merchants and if we are converting them from their current processor then it needs to be a conference call.
The reason for us doing the call this way is that it keeps these merchants form getting touched twice.
Can you please advise your teams that the conference call process is to remain in place for these conversions?
Thank you

These are all the parts of the document. This is all the material, verbatim, from the specified exhibits that match your criteria. I did not include any of the larger .pdf files that were briefs since they did not conatin any of the search words or evidence that you want to train your model on according to your prompt instructions.
