I can hop on a call this afternoon to give you the history here if that's helpful.
The issue we are having is that we are having to build out individual terminal files for EVERY location that we have boarding, which is very time intensive. We asked them a month ago for an enhancement, fundamentally allowing us to board a location with no terminal, assign a mid, and then be able to go back in and add equipment to that location. I don't think that is an unreasonable request.
I will say your acquisition has caused service levels to slip dramatically. We have had a dedicated rep for a while, and then a month or so she has been pulled away and we are back into 800# support hell.
I am going to copy Randy, who now works for me, and leads our payments group. I think he and Matt should connect and walk through our frustrations.
