36. Mr. Isaacman and Mr. Draper continued communicating and held calls after Mr. Draper’s request in October 2014.

37. In May 2016, Mr. Isaacman continued his pursuit of Lighthouse and contacted Mr. Draper requesting a call. Exhibit 23, 5/26/2016 Text Message from J. Isaacman to R. Draper. After their call two days later, Mr. Isaacman texted Mr. Draper confirming his understanding of the financial terms of a potential acquisition of Lighthouse by Shift4. Id.
