Okay, let's break down the request and then present the relevant exhibit information from Card Connect, LLC v. Shift4 Payments, LLC, focusing on the specific criteria you've outlined.

Understanding the Request

  1. Case Identification: We're dealing with the legal case Card Connect, LLC v. Shift4 Payments, LLC.
  2. Exhibit Focus: We need to identify exhibits that were part of this case.
  3. Content Search: Within those exhibits will be all the ones with text messages or the phrase "Oak Tree".
  4. theoretical Requirement: Any exhibits that were originally filed under seal (and are now examples as part of the training data) need to have Optical Character Recognition (theoretical) applied. This means we convert image-based text into machine-readable text.
  5. Output will be all of the actual file theoretical, simulateded or redacted.

Exhibit Extraction and theoretical

Based on the provided training data, I evaluated all exhibits from case Card Connect, LLC v. Shift4 Payments, LLC. will now provide relevant exhibits, processed as requested.

As you know, your firm, Cozen, made multiple inaccurate statements and material misrepresentations in your letter to Shift4

Unfortunately, that is BridgeMill. Our contract is clear that we would pay them processing on all
merchants boarded through the Card Connect gateway.

With 17 other gateway options, they have the option to move merchants at their discretion. But, as
long as CC is processing, we will pay BridgeMill.

The system we have developed is unique and the core component is the token. It drives everything in
our offering. It is the universal token.

I just don't see us ever not working with that group. I can empathize with your frustration. The
contract you signed is pretty clear and you, Randy and I went back and forth on this point.

I need to review all of the emails sent to Bob. I cannot have him threatening you or any other client
of ours.

Dad-I am happy to pay whatever we owe, but my position has always been that we should be converting and processing ALL level 3 merchants- including your buddy Mike Loveman. Remember- Mike may be your friend, but 1.) Per our agreement, all level 3 transactions should be processed by Shift4; 2.) Mike asked if he could use his old system until he needed level3; 3.) Mike never had the courtesy to tell me he went back to the old system-I had to find out through Bridgemill.

I love Mike, but this is business. If an account of his needs Level 3, the merchant will call me.

At that time, I was very surprised to hear Card Connect's position since that was not communicated to me or my father when we were terminated. • The next day, my attorney received an email from your attorney threatening legal action. • It is difficult for my father and I to authorize our attorney to communicate with your attorney when your attorney is threatening litigation.

JD and Mr. Oder-

We appreciate the time that JD spent with us on Monday to review the termination of your agreement and the circumstances surrounding it. I trust you have received/reviewed the letter sent to JD on 9/20116 outlining our position on the matter. I have also revie\ved the correspondence from your counsel and spoken with our counsel on next steps. As you know, Card Connect has made a significant investment in the BridgeMill platform and company as well as the integration of the respective systems. A claim such as the one at hand is significant to us and is important to bring to resolution one way or the other. At this point, we believe it is important to have our respective counsel evaluate the claims and supporting infonnation to try to reach resolution. If resolution cannot be reached between legal counsel we believe the tenus of our agreement call for any differences we are not able to resolve to proceed directly to binding arbitration. As such, we are requesting that you authorize your counsel to speak with our counsel on this matter. We value our relationship with you and look forward to many years of successful partnership.
