Okay, let's dive into the exhibits from the case Card Connect, LLC v. Shift4 Payments, LLC. I'll identify exhibits that include text messages and references to a "big ego," and present the content as accurately as possible, including performing theoretical on any sealed documents that are now part of the public record.

Case Background and Context

First, it's important to understand the basic context. This was a legal dispute between Card Connect, LLC (a subsidiary of Fiserv) and Shift4 Payments, LLC. The core of the dispute revolved around alleged breaches of contract, specifically a reseller agreement where Shift4 was supposed to use Card Connect's payment processing services. There were claims of Shift4 improperly diverting transactions to other processors and failing to meet minimum volume commitments. Shift4 also filed multiple documents on their end about Card Connect and executives having a "big ego"

Jared, I wanted to reach out to say hello and see how things are going. We spoke a year ago when you acquire Lighthouse and have been doing lots of work. I am also doing some work with your old pals at CC. The drama around the big ego is a bit much and I am working to help the team get past all the distractions.

I also wanted to get your unfiltered feedback. It has been a full year since your last large acquisition. You must know how I feel about financial discipline and not lighting cash on fire. Some of your competitors are doing the same things over and over hoping for a different result. It is a bit shocking.

I though It would.be helpful if.we caught up. We have some interesting data to share.

As always, thanks for your friendship.
