JD yeah…we have way too many accts at First Data. I don’t want to give them any more business.

Jared Isaacman yup

I am going to get that fixed Between the work in progress accts, First Data ISO holdings and existing accts at the end of their term – FD will end up a lot smaller

JD and you should get your pricing fixed too no reason to not be making money on them

Jared Isaacman So you going to bring on some FD volume or park elsewhere?

JD I spoke with Firoz today. I'll probably move a little volume his way he is an expensive date, but he is on the only game in town that makes sense for certain deals

Jared Isaacman Yup Makes sense

ME Today 7:44 PM

JD And our new first data rep is talking about getting us a master agent agreement and bin sponsorship and stuff i’m like slow down turbo...we aren’t even close to any of that i get we are rookie and you are new to the job, but let’s chill you sound desperate and i don’t like sales people.

ME we want no part of that JD i just got off a call with a guy in the middle of a 3 year auto- renewing contract. He needs a way out or is going to go out of business because of his rates.

just want to do business intelligently... not irresponsibly We have the chance to really be successful long term. I'm not going to fuck that up.

Can you please send me a list of all merchants currently actively processing with Shift4. Include: Business DBA name, MID, start date, gateway account user name, sales rep who sold it, and any other information that would be good.

JD Yep It is attached I don’t know the user name of every Shift 4 gateway customer, but can probably compile that list pretty quickly

Jared Isaacman Thanks bud

Jared Hey man...sorry for the delayed response

JD I’m still working on it I had to go through all of the agent reports and cross reference it with everything. Plus, since many ISO’s use subagents, I have to look and see if their volume is in house of or outside the company

It is a nightmare

RE: Termination of Merchant Processing Agreement.

Dear J.D.,

This letter serves to inform you that we wish to terminate our merchant processing agreement with Shift4 effective immediately. We have made payment arrangements on our outstanding balance and ask that you not take any additional funds to settle this past due amount.

We are requesting lift of the ban preventing us from boarding on the First Data platform, as we have pre-existing processing relationships with First Data that preclude us from using any other processor. We hope to receive confirmation that we have been removed from the banned list by close of business, tomorrow, July 20,2016.

We appreciate your cooperation during this transition.

Sincerely, [Redacted Signature]

Greg Miracle President and CEO Great Lakes Coffee Roasting Company.

JD,

Can you please check into this and let me know when we have been removed from the banned list? We have another merchant account with First Data, and until we're off your list, they can't board the new account. We'd like confirmation by close of business today, if possible. Thanks!
