During the first call, I attempted to resolve the meritless allegations I had been told Mr. Anson had made over emails. After I felt I sufficiently refuted those allegations during our first call, I received a second, expletive-filled call as I was heading into a routine doctor's appointment. Mr. Anson was upset because he had been told of our initial conversation and was enraged that I had been given copies of the emails he had sent to outside investors, which contained his false accusations.
  6. I also participated in a single group text message exchange with Sam Anson, Rush, Frishberg, and Rick Maurer on November 1 6' 2021 (the "Group Text Message"). A true and correct copy of the Group Text Message is attached hereto as Exhibit A. I did not send any other text messages to Plaintiffs' employees or investors, ever. I did not attempt, or threaten, to cause any of the "additional effects" vaguely referenced in the complaint., These allegations are simply false.
  7. When I use my iPhone to exchange text messages, my outgoing messages are displayed in blue color. Further, the time stamp on the messages in the Group Text Message reflect the time here in Las Vegas, which is where I was the day I sent these messages,
  8. I do not know who, if anyone, forwarded my single group text message to a third partY, but I understand that certain text messages have been taken out of context and circulated to outside investors of Plaintiffs. Any recipients of forwarded text messages would have no way of determining who had sent the message.
  9. My family and I have been harmed by the false and malicious statements made about me by Plaintiffs.
