Per our conversation earlier, here is some background on Isaac, and his relationship with Shift4:

Isaac was a reseller of Shift4, reselling the product under the name "Capital Payments".

We found out he was double dipping (getting paid by us, and also charging the merchants an additional fee).

When we confronted him on this practice, his response was that he would "take his merchants elsewhere if
we didn't like it".
At the time, it was a large amount of volume for us, so we grandfathered him in, but made sure all new
deals wouldn't allow for double dipping.

During the time he was a reseller of ours, he was constantly bashing us, calling us names, etc.
We continued this unhealthy relationship for a few years, until we were large enough to cut him off,
which we did.

I spoke with Isaac at a trade show in Vegas a while back, and he told me that he would do whatever it
took to get back at, and hurt Shift4/Lighthouse.
