their rates jacked up a few times
and signed an agreement with
them so they can't move. He is
getting them to sign an
amendment that is removing the
termination fee so they can move
over to you.
He's playing hard ball with them
and saying he won't let them out
unless they move to CardConnect
(FD) and give him half of the
revenue.
